Pay Structure For Virtual Teachers – Teachers Needed!
As with any job, you want to know what your pay will be. Being an Independent Contractor your pay is pretty much up to you and how much time you want to invest in teaching. You have the option of teaching multiple grades and subjects. Therefore allowing you to earn more. So just do the math. Each class can have up to 500 students. The only thing you have to do is draw those students to your platform.
Using the FMS Vortex Platform you will have access to other programs as well. These will assist you with marketing tools to help with drawing students to your platform. Additionally you will have access to many other programs as well. It is totally up to you. Your earning potential is limitless!!!
How Does The Pay Structure Work? See Below
$.50 will go into the teachers wallet for each student to access a class. So if the teacher is teaching 100 students, they receive $50 for that class. For 200 students they will receive $100 and so on. The maximum is 500 students. Earning $250 for just that 1 class. Teach more classes to earn more!!!
Requirements for Grades 1 through 8. Students must attend up to 5 classes daily.
Requirements for Grades 9 through 12. Students must attend up to 6 classes daily.
The teachers pay structure will be set up inside the FMS Vortex System. Upon sign-up, zoom classrooms fees will be covered along with YouTube training. Additionally instructions on the curriculum material.

Requirements For Application
- You need a 4-year degree in teaching.
- You will need experience in the teaching field. College graduates and retiring teachers are welcome to apply.
- You must really love to teach and have something to offer outside the ordinary. We are not looking for someone to just earn a paycheck.
- You will need to join the FMS Vortex, through DTCA. This is the payment structure that you will use.
- You will need to create a YouTube channel and video showcasing your unique qualifications. Additionally adding your talent and introduce yourself to your potential students and their families. (You will receive training and instruction)
